Hello my name is Patrick Valentie. I grew up in Dayton Ohio, and was a member of the Ohio Army National Guard. I moved to Columbia in April of 1993.

I am a truck driver by trade,but it wasn’t my calling. I had a passion to work on things and a desire to learn all I could about wood working and building in general. Anything that would require me to use my hands. In 2002, I decided to start working for myself and started my business, “Valentie Home Improvement and Handyman Service”. I am mostly self taught but have had the privilege of learning from my father, uncle and other family members and friends. Over the years I acquired many valuable skills that added up to the services I am able to provide today.
